UPDATE TO OUR PREVIOUS REVIEW (unable to find a way to post a new review): 4G built our home and we moved in in early 2022. To say the least, we were thrilled with the results! Sam and his team met with us to lay out the best place our home was to be located on our property, and within the parameters of where we wanted our home to be located. We had a tough lot with steep hills and tricky septic sizing, and after several builders passed, 4G Build Design was the first to say they’d take on that challenge. Sam, the owner, really stepped up — he believed in our vision and worked tirelessly to find solutions. There were ups and downs early on, but Sam never gave up on us. We just recently wrapped up designing a new home with 4G Design Build and it was really an excellent experience! It started with listening to the dream, wants and inspiration. Regular meetings were held and lots of feedback along the way kept us close to the process. And I appreciated the knowledge and expertise they brought to the table to discuss options & costs. I highly recommend them!
