I live in Charlotte and found an amazing piece of property on Lake Rhodhiss on 30 acres. We had a great experience working with the team at 4G. We were doing a long distance build, but from the very first meeting, the team was eager to help us get the house we wanted within the budget we had. We had already purchased a large tract of land when we went to 4G, and Sam did his due diligence walking the land to find the very best spot, eliminating major budget problems down the line. My husband and I used 4G to design our dream home. We currently live in Arizona and will be relocating to North Carolina soon.
