The staff is amazing. Super .
My car was damaged from a HUGE pot hole In their parking lot that was unmarked and now they don’t want to take responsibility for damages to my car. The butcher shop in the same plaza, Bearded Dutchmen, had enough customers complain about damages to their vehicles he fixed the problem even though he has no financial or legal obligation to that easement. If you’re looking for integrity look elsewhere.
This CU is awesome, the staff is always helpful when I have questions on how or why certain things are the way they are and no qualms about service here :)
They took my money easily but after many phone calls have made it quite difficult to take transfer money out. Now I’m trying to close the account and they’re also making that difficult. 10/10 do not recommend.
