4front not being upfront. During paperwork signing on a loan I was very excited to get, there was a "benefit program" document they added in with ZERO explanation that it would ADD to your remaining loan balance every month. I'm sure it was in the super fine print and also my fault for ignoring my statements for 6 years on auto pay and I accept that. I have had an auto loan here for the past two years. Every experience I’ve had with this place has been over the phone and NEVER has been helpful to me. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any financial institution, and I will never recommend this place.
