I was extremely dissatisfied through and through. So someone else can put money into my account by mistake then I get charged for there mistake.? I confronted the manager trying to clear this up and they wouldn’t take me serious and said I need to take account for it and pay them. 4front not being upfront. During paperwork signing on a loan I was very excited to get, there was a "benefit program" document they added in with ZERO explanation that it would ADD to your remaining loan balance every month. I'm sure it was in the super fine print and also my fault for ignoring my statements for 6 years on auto pay and I accept that.
