She guided me through a knee injury when I first started training with her, she incorporated exercises that not only helped heal but strengthened the joint in the process. Kristin is an amazing personal trainer. The workouts are carefully planned and her attention to detail is on point. You won’t find Kristin on her phone while you train. Instead she’s constantly analyzing your movement to make adjustments where needed. Kristin knows her clients’ needs and puts the personal in personal training. She is the best!
Kristin is very knowledgeable and patient with clients of all abilities! She challenges each client on a personal level not only with lifting but with diet also! I would highly recommend Kristin to personal train any woman looking to gain strength and self confidence!!
