Kristin is an amazing personal trainer. The workouts are carefully planned and her attention to detail is on point. You won’t find Kristin on her phone while you train. Instead she’s constantly analyzing your movement to make adjustments where needed. Kristin knows her clients’ needs and puts the personal in personal training. She is the best!
