Sucks they have no online payment system. They have a car tracker on the car that shuts off your car. When a holiday falls on your payment day you’ll be ignored and expected to pay early. I get paid on Fridays around 8-9 pm so I call Monday mornings to make my payment. So if Monday is a holiday I’m left without a vehicle bc nobody is in office and no online portal to even keep my car on bc I have my payment. Cant even give your customers a grace period day for the inconvenience. I can’t control holidays being on the deadline... read more
bought a 2014 jeep from them.... "passed inspection even though it needed breaks calibers an rotors replaced which I had to pay 1k outta pocket to fix it after having the vehicle for less than a month. 2nd month the radiator leaked an needed fixed. fast forward to 6 months of having it an the engine went out. 4500 Dollars for a new one. at some point the engine was taken apart an the lady didn't mention it because half the bolts in the engine were missing!!! besides always being overly rude and disrespectful she's never will... read more
