Made two attempts for service from the company, never received a call or e mail back. Guess they didn't need my business.
I called to set up pool service and their technician arrived the same day that I called. Their technician is extremely professional, courteous and helpful - which I haven't been able to say for another pool company I used years ago. They turned up for our first appointment when they said they would and have consistently turned up since. Their prices are unbeatable!!! I have recommended them to numerous friends and family.
Credit where credit is due, these guys aren't going to let a little property law get in the way of trying to make a sale. One of their service guys came out, took it upon himself to go into my backyard and check out my pool without even asking for my permission. Now some people might call that gumption, I call it trespassing. Company did not care.
Would recommend they are very professional and reliable
Had a good experience with the owner a few years ago, but since he retired, I can't get anyone to return a call or give me a quote for weekly service.
