(Edit 1/10/25) I am curious how long this gym will dodge bankruptcy in a few days when the FTC ‘Click-To-Cancel’ law takes effect, and there is a $52k fine per contract-extension without express consent from the consumer. To the owner, remember one year from this month when you desire so bad to freely and indefinitely extend client contracts using the ‘negative options’ model, and that for each and every one that you extend without express and positive consent from the client will result in a $52k fine.
