Horrendous customer service. I was a little late for an appointment and instead of calling me I got there and was informed that the injector left 5 minutes after my appointment time. Instead of letting me know, they waited for me to come in to inform me that the appointment was canceled. When I asked to see the policy They told me that they don’t have it in their system and need to reach out to the owner in order to provide it to me. I will absolutely be canceling my services here. We catered an event for this location and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly professional, accommodating, and made the entire setup process easy.
