Absolute bait-and-switch scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend has been dealing with severe TMJ and migraines, so she booked an appointment here after seeing their sponsored Instagram ad explicitly advertising Dysport for $4/unit. She went in needing 116 units. Do the math that should have been exactly $464. Instead, once she was already in the office, they completely flipped the script and hit her with a quote for $1,392. From the minute you walk in the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. It was a very relaxed environment. Sara was my consultant and provider. She took very good care of me and explained everything very clearly. I will definitely recommend to friends. This was a top-notch, professional experience with no pressure to do anything that you're not ready for. There was no high pressure upselling. The pricing was reasonable. Misleading advertising and a disappointing experience! I booked Dysport after seeing their $4/unit advertisement and specifically confirming that price TWICE by text. After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I was told the pricing actually worked out to $10/unit, with a confusing explanation about unit conversions.
