Me and my partner have been on HRT for almost 2 years. Freddie the owner is very responsive. Leslie does great facials and is very knowledgeable about skin care and how do maintain a youthful look!
Terrible service. I’ve booked an appointment twice and was called to reschedule because they do not have the product that was sold to me. I wanted to get an Iv drip and when I called the fourth time because the third time I tried all day to no answer she told me I had to wait another week because there fully booked the girl was no help and I’m very disappointed. Not going back there ever again
If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD!! This is the worse place to go to especially if you’re a black woman. These women were extremely cold, nasty and rude to me but greeted everyone else with a smile and great energy. I had the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience with this location. First, I called the location before coming in. I told them over the phone that I would be using a Groupon coupon for the IV service. They were rude to me the minute I walked in. I had so many questions and really was not sure what I needed. Everyone was so kind, patient and thorough, especially Freddie making sure that I had all of the information needed to make the best decisions for what would be best for me. I look forward to a long happy relationship with you guys. I’m so excited to get started!
Unfortunately my visit was not as hoped. I purchased an IV infusion on Groupon. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment (which I confirmed twice via text message) and completed the required paperwork prior. Upon arrival I waited to be escorted to the IV treatment room where I waited for 30 minutes and was told I would be given a blanket (the room was very cold).
