I have been going to Kim for 3 months and have had such great results in my weight loss journey, so much so I will be a client for life!!! I had an appointment which I wasn’t able to make.I texted and emailed the only no response. I wouldn’t refer anyone to go here. Very unprofessional as well as life happens. I’ve never heard of not being able to reschedule as well as no follow up. On top of I paid my $29 to book the appointment. This company or owner never have to worry about my business. Nothing but a rip off.
