If you have any billing or other issues the owner will immediately revoke access to the gym yet attempt to tell you that you owe money - regardless of whether or not your gym key works. After being texted and called multiple times to try to claim 3 months of payments for 3 months that I had no gym access, I was threatened to be forwarded to collections over $150 for 3 months that I had no gym access.
