While the making experience was great, the customer service is appalling. My mugs came out with severe cracking. Despite some employees trying to say this was still food-safe, other employees agreed it wasn't food safe. I've asked to possibly re-fire the mugs, remake them, and finally... to just get a refund. I'm still waiting on that refund. I have been waiting for a response since June 2026. No amount of phone calls, in-store visits, and emails has prompted a response. Terrible customer service.

We had a lot of fun making frog mugs at 4Cats. Suki was very helpful and showed us the ropes before giving us our space to make it our own. I’ve been back a few times now, and def recommend it to anyone looking for a fun activity with their kids / friends / family.

Highly recommend! Both the class itself and the customer service. Mallory at the Oakville west location was very accommodating. We tried the mini magnets class, which my daughter really enjoyed.

We had such an amazing time at the pottery wheel workshop today! There were five of us, and from start to finish, it was fun and engaging—especially since we were all beginners. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our instructor, Suki. She was incredibly patient, encouraging, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the class.
