Amazing office! Richelle and her whole team are so professional, thoughtful and kind. I was hesitant to have to find a new primary care provider when my insurance changed at work, but I am so glad I found this office. Will recommend to anyone that is looking for an awesome office and a great provider!
So I finally decided to make my health a priority and see a PCP and seeing as this office is within walking distance from my work I thought I'd give them a chance. The gal they have at the front counter has been there every time I've been in and is absolutely the sweetest! (This consistency in front office staff also speaks volumes in my opinion) She was helpful and knowledgeable and what she didn't know she was honest about and looked into in a timely fashion. My PCP was unfortunately unavailable for a sick visit. I was offered Gerald Bush as an alternative provider. I typically have great service at the Sun City office; however, I can not say the same about the goodyear office. Gerald has horrible bed side manner and is very demeaning and unprofessional, to say the least. I have never experienced an office visit where my concerns were not addressed. I am unsure how Optum Primary Care-4C has this type of provider. ”
Took my mom there horrible experience had to switch doc 2 times there they are so rude to there patients plzzz find another doctor!!!
Staff members are very friendly and accommodating!
