New patient. When I arranged the appt. I was advised to arrive 30 min early which was 12:50 PM. When I arrived as directed, there was no one in the office at all for 17 minutes. No be back soon sign or anything. I called Optum after 15 minutes of no one answering my yells for assistance. On the call with Optum, I was advised they are on lunch till 1 pm. But It was already 1:07 pm at the time of my call. I also noticed their official business operation license was posted but had expired 12/31/2022. Today is 4/4/2025. Deplorab... read more

The staff are always punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. You can tell they truly care about their patients. It’s refreshing to be in a place where everything runs smoothly and you feel well taken care of. Highly recommend

Optum Community Service Center Palm Valley Goodyear, AZ Walked in. Intake person said she was busy for three weeks and I could make an appointment for my husband and me. I made an appointment and then I rescheduled with another person on the phone. I called two days before to confirm and was told ‘Sorry’ the person who scheduled had day and time mixed up.
