This review is long overdue. I have been with 4C Medical Group in Surprise for almost 5 years. A few PAs and staff have come and gone however, it has never impacted the care I continue to receive from everyone there. The care I have received from everyone, especially Adrian (alias Sherlock) and Brian (alias Watson) has enhanced my quality of life immensely while treating a long history and battle with de-hydration and other related issues. REBECCA POLKALA, PA. is wonderful. First Doc in TEN YEARS, TREE STATES, and SEVERAL DOCTORS, to cure my sinus infection! THANK YOU!!!!!! By the way, the front office staff has been changed at the BELL ROAD in Surprise Office, I am very pleased with their help and smiling faces!!!
I had an appointment with Adrian Bunta,NP yesterday for the first time and I was very impressed with his care. He is very knowledgeable and took his time with me to explain everything. You could immediately tell that he cares and wants only the best for you. I appreciate everyone that took care of me yesterday. His MA, Watson, Shelly the front desk personnel, the lovely MA who did my EKG and the gentle phlebotomist (both of whom I didn’t get their names,sorry!) were all phenomenal. Big shout-out to the office staff at the Surprise practice (14811 W Bell Rd). Shelly is fantastic. When I spoke with her about a prescription refill problem I was having, she listened, understood, and assured me that my pharmacy would have the Rx ready by 3 o'clock that day. At 3:04, I had the medication in my hand and was making payment. Thanks again, Shelly! Dr. Michael Kleven has been my PCP for years, but Shelly, in my opinion, is the glue that holds the practice together.
