4C Medical Group should get zero stars. They rarely to never answer the phone. Prescription struggles over and over again with the staff. Your doctor visit it quick and impersonal. Most of the time if and when you get a staff member to answer the phone they will shuffle you around but rarely have answers that are helpful. Its more like fort knox than a place you can rely on for real medical assistance
4C exhibits very poor communication and lack of concern for patients. They do not call you back, call in lab orders, refill prescriptions, call your back with results, etc. without multiple phone calls/e-mails/follow ups by you the patient. When you call it is very difficult to speak with anyone. I left this practice in the past but my new physician merged with them so I gave them another chance only to be disappointed again.
