I set up an appointment for an estimate for a bathroom remodel and had an appointment for Wed at 1:00 it is now two o’clock and no one had shown up or called. When I called the company office I got a recorded message. This is a very unprofessional and incompetent operation. I will never use them and will tell everyone about my experience. They need to do something else and change their name to 4F as they are failures!

I worked with Haley at 4B Remodeling & Design for renovations after my home flooded. She was a true professional, dealing with a tedious, paperwork-intensive insurance claim. She was detail-oriented and a good communicator. If she said she would finish something by a certain date, she did. I was very impressed.
