We woke up to a very cold house recently as our heating system would not kick on. Called 4B to see if they could send someone. I did not expect someone to come by on the same day I called but I received a call back saying they could be there later the same day. I braced myself for the worst (like needing a new furnace) but serviceman explained the situation and it ended up being a small issue. He didn't try and sell me unnecessary parts etc and fixed what needed fixed. We are here 6 weeks later and furnace still working fine... read more

These guys put in my new heat and air. They chose a ductless system that is economical and keeps my entire house warm. They were very professional and very personable.They were efficient and cleaned up nice and replaced my crawl space they had to remove. I highly recommend this company.
We needed our AC unit disconnected and later reconnected due to a construction project. Randy was quick to respond and also to fit us into his schedule. Both he and his two workers were very kind, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. They had no hesitation to answer educational questions and to strike up friendly small talk. Their work is based on the principle of leaving the worksite as good or better than they found it, cleaning up after themselves, and being respectful.
