My squirrel cage motor went out during the hottest week of the summer! Randy was out that morning, fully diagnosed the system and had the part needed ordered within an hour. System's been purring since. Couldn't recommend 4B more highly!

Not only does Randy do an amazing job, he goes above and beyond to make sure your HVAC unit will last as long as possible. He believes in the Golden Rule and his actions prove it.

We woke up to a very cold house recently as our heating system would not kick on. Called 4B to see if they could send someone. I did not expect someone to come by on the same day I called but I received a call back saying they could be there later the same day. I braced myself for the worst (like needing a new furnace) but serviceman explained the situation and it ended up being a small issue. He didn't try and sell me unnecessary parts etc and fixed what needed fixed. We are here 6 weeks later and furnace still working fine... read more

I got ahold of Randy and asked him to meet me on a specific day amd he was more than happy to accommodate me. He was so nice to deal with ! Randy is a great guy ! If you have any hvac needs don’t hesitate to give Randy a call! Thanks again Randy!
