These trainers are awesome! Extremely friendly and just love to help you with your fitness goals. I was just visiting the area and tried to find a local gym to exercise at and they let me slip in between classes. Super awesome of them. They have an excellent selection of treadmills, rowers, and free weights. The equipment is clean and in excellent condition. If you are looking for personal training check this place out. I don't think you will be disappointed
