Had an annoying experience about a week or so ago with one of your staff. I understand that this whole covid situation is stressful, but with the whole 6 meters thing I made sure I was on the line that said I was 6 meters away. One of your staff was not only snappy to me but the customer behind me. I think I will shop at save on from now on.

Kudos and bouquets to the staff at the 49th parallel in Ladysmith. We ordered a week and a half‘s worth of groceries. It was a bit of a large order and in spite of the fact that they are very busy, we were so pleased with the way our order was filled. Everything we received was fresh and the expiry dates were well ahead of the day we received the items. Sent shopping list by e-mail and was phoned to confirm order and payment method, was told I would be called to let me know when I could pick it up. .(my choice to pick it up rather than have it delivered).
