This base medical group has been, by far, the most disappointing I have ever stepped foot into. I have given every station I've had an appointment here my number and they keep calling other numbers other than mine no matter how much or often i correct it to my number. It took 3 months to get my medical records emailed to me. The doctors aren't helpful. I make appointments and they're a waste of time because "tHeReS nOtHiNg We CaN dO fOr YoU" other than tell me I'm fat, it must be hormones, and when I make an appointment for ... read more
Slow, weird hours, randomly not open, strange pharmacy procedures, outdated website, and impossible to get anything scheduled
If there was an option for -1 stars I’d put it. You’d be better off just digging a hole and dying than coming here. This clinic is a joke and nobody knows what they’re doing. By the time you’re able to make an appointment you’re already dead.
I called to see my pcm in family warrior and this lady(wish I remembered her name ) rudly asked “ is there a reason you didn’t go to sick call” like that’s any of her business .Shes not my supervisor so that ain’t her place to ask especially in the manner she did . The call occurred around 7:33 am. Please get your appointment operators in check
