Slow, weird hours, randomly not open, strange pharmacy procedures, outdated website, and impossible to get anything scheduled
If there was an option for -1 stars I’d put it. You’d be better off just digging a hole and dying than coming here. This clinic is a joke and nobody knows what they’re doing. By the time you’re able to make an appointment you’re already dead.
I called to see my pcm in family warrior and this lady(wish I remembered her name ) rudly asked “ is there a reason you didn’t go to sick call” like that’s any of her business .Shes not my supervisor so that ain’t her place to ask especially in the manner she did . The call occurred around 7:33 am. Please get your appointment operators in check
I have never had any issues with the Clinic in any of its departments. Always good service. I always ask when a prescription will be ready and then go take care of other business and come back. As far as immunizations go I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes.
