Terrible..I asked to return an item and they said an email will be sent in 2-3 days.. NO EMAIL they must have very slow internet. Do not use this company

The ink works fine, until it doesn't. They don't stand by their 100% guarantee. They said they'd refund me for open cartridges because they didn't work. Only refunded me for the unused one. I opened a second set of cartridges to see if it was that. Opening them cost me another $75. Pretty shady.

This is so sad. I've been purchasing all of my ink from 499ink for the last 10-15 years. I've had a few glitches along the way buy we always seemed to have worked it out until now. I recently made a purchase for 3 Laser ink cartridges for my brother printer. I always purchase the most copies of which costs a little more but worth it. My last order did not make it to my home so I called 499ink. They told me that it was delivered but I never received. I purchased printer cartridges from 499 inks that were advertised as working on brothers printers.When it came time to replace the factory cartridges they wouldn't work in my brother printer. I tried everything that I could find on the internet to have them work. When I wrote them to return them THEY DIN"T RESPOND!! DO NOT BUY INK CARTRIDGES FROM THESE RIP OFF PEOPLE!!!!!

I purchased toner for my Lexmark printer but one of the cartridges did not seem to want to work. I reached out to them and they sent out a new one right away. I have always had great customer service with 499 inks. I would and so recommend them to others.
