BEWARE no insurance on this guy he used an impact to tighten my tires and he snapped 4 studs!!! over tightening and his “insurance” said he is not covered in NY for anything I had to get a tow and replace my entire wheel bearing myself all he said was sorry and never offered to pay the 127 for the wheel hub he ghosted me. BEWARE
Had them do brakes and rotors at my house. Did a great job cost effectively. I highly recommend them.
So today we were driving to my moms and got an immediate fat tire as I turned the corner... I have to give the BIGGEST shout out and THANK YOU to James @495_responsellc who happened to be standing there when we pulled over. Without hesitation he came over & offered to help us right away! And thank god he was there to help because we had no idea how to do certain things with the new trucks spare tire and jack! So so thankful for people like this!!!
If James is ever following you on the road and asks you to pull over, you should. I had the fortune of being in front of him on Christmas eve when he flagged me down to warn me about a flattened tire. Mind you I had no idea he was a mechanic until he pulled out a pump and offered to inflate it for me. Then when it didn't inflate he pulled out a jack from his car and put on my donut as an early Christmas gift (again, to a random person he pulled over out of duty).
