I brought my truck in for a transmission repair when I picked it there was damage to my rear bumper. Sandy proceeded to tell me they didn't damage the bumper and you clearly see a fork lift did the damage and is parked right beside my vehicle then sandy said I will have to check our cameras I said ok but she can't check them with me standing there then sandy said it's only a rubber piece I guess When it's not her vehicle that is damaged sandy doesn't care very shady and poor customer service
Exceptional service. Everyone is always wonderful, Jay the owner, his wife Bruna, Sandy and Celso. Wow, what a team! I highly recommend them. Not only they are one of the most honest mechanic shops I know, but they are also very humble. Thank you all so much for your Amazing work
