The food tastes really good, but it amazes me that a restaurant that sells mostly fried breaded things, doesn’t use take out containers that let the food vent. All the breaded chicken and fries we ordered were literally soaking wet with condensation.

I have been coming here for years - in fact, every 2 weeks or so when I find myself in, or passing through, Staten Island. The food has always been consistent and delicious. The owners are hands on - ensuring every order is perfect. What stands out the most is that with increased food costs post-pandemic, they have maintained high standards and the quality of food has not suffered.
