Schedule the tour multiple days in advance via the website. Got an email confirmation as well as a multitude of marketing emails and several other follow-up emails that reminded me of my appointment time throughout the week. When I got to the building there were no members of the leasing office present nor was there any attempt made for them to appear. Sadly I am here to write a negative review, although my one year stay in the building had been largely positive. My lease ended on February 17, and since then I’ve followed up weekly regarding my security deposit. It is now May 9, and I still have not received clear communication or resolution. I informed management multiple times that I needed the deposit sent to my new address, but they never confirmed whether it was actually mailed. I just moved into 4909 Auburn and couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love my apartment—it’s incredibly quiet, and the building is very well maintained. The entire experience has been great so far. A special shoutout to the leasing manager, Malikah, who was amazing throughout the process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was always quick to respond, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Malikah is absolutely amazing and has been the best property manager. I just renewed my lease and have no complaints at all. The staff is very professional, prompt, and always helpful. The building is well-maintained and consistently clean. Highly recommend!
