I broke down in Magee, Mississippi with my three children on a trip from Arkansas to Florida. The people. The people at 49 service were so kind at a time when I was terrified. I needed a new transmission and I thought my car wasn’t under warranty, but they cared enough to call and find out that it still was under warranty. I had to tow the car to the dealership to get the work done. They actually didn’t do any work for me but they saved me thousands of dollars. They were so kind I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Customer service is horrible , over charge for parts that are priced at 12 dollars at your local auto zone. No way a battery cable end suppose to be $290 and did I mention POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! Very rude
