Excellent Service! I've have used $49 Handyman many times. The $49/hour rate is unbeatable, and his service is incredible. He has done tile work, flooring, painting, fence repair, patio sealant, garage cabinetry and more. Each project has been very detail oriented, and exactly what I wanted.
Don't waste your time His card advertises "Lighting Fixtures/ Ceiling Fans". So I have him come by and give an estimate. He was 15 min late for the estimate, but no big deal. Price seemed reasonable. Then he canceled the install 9 hours before the appointment by text message! Made a new appointment...9 hours before that one he texted another cancellation.
