24 hour card/fob access gym located in the back of the chiropractic building. We have weights, cardio equipment, stair climber, cable machines, pin select weight machines, various functional training equipment, and much more! Sign ups can be done in person by stopping in during office hours of Coffman Chiropractic LLC. Follow our Facebook page for updates and more information. Staffed gym/office hours: 9am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday 9am-1pm Friday Please note that we are closed 1pm-3pm daily.

I've been a member since December 2024. Gym and Restoom are always clean. I love smaller gym size. They have everything I need. They offer classes in a group setting two days a week. I don't like a lot of people when I'm working out, if your the same way, join.

I recently joined and couldn’t be more impressed! As someone who takes weightlifting seriously, I can confidently say this is a fantastic facility for both beginners and experienced lifters. I love this gym! I travel a lot for work and have been a member of quite a few gyms. This place is clean, has high end well maintained/new equipment, the owners are super pleasant and easy to work with, and it's affordable. Cant recommend highly enough.
