HORRIBLE REVIEW FOR DR. CONCEPCION S. ASPILI Dr. Concepcion S. Aspili is the worst Doctor and one of the nastiest people that I have had the displeasure of meeting. For over a week and many months to come I was extremely sick. Sick to the point of not being able to work, go to school or function normally.
