We've worked with Joe for a few different projects including a house addition with a new sub panel and a snow melt system installation, as well as for repairs from a storm-related power surge. He has always been very responsive, provides fantastic explanations of the work that is needed as well as various options for the solution depending on budget sensitivity. We highly recommend without hesitation.
Joe does amazing work, explains everything and lets you know of the options you have. He remembers everything you tell him, so his quotes are accurate and usually being billed under. His work is perfection, I will never call anyone else. Joe is our electrician for life!
Joe Bales and 48N Electric have been handling all my electrical work indoors and out for years. Joe is always well-informed and transparent about different options, hard-working and a trooper even about the crummiest jobs, like crawling into my tiny crawl space. And the work itself is always meticulous. When I had a fallen live wire during a recent windstorm, he was on site within an hour. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We were worried that we had some loose connections after a different electrical company installed some overhead lighting. Joe was very responsive, showed up the same day we called, and showed up on time. He spent several hours with us fixing the issues and addressing our concerns. He even spent extra time with us to give us very helpful advice about our future construction project. Highly recommend and will be calling him in the future!
