I had an appointment 8:30 pm 12/15/2023 and I arrived 6:00 pm. They told me that they can not unload me until Monday 12/18/2023. I check in again 7:44 am Monday and they assigned me a door at 10:00 am. This company are not professional. It is a waste of time and money. I don’t come back to this please never again. And on top of that they manipulate the Time in and time out of the BOL.

I know these office personnel at the Kansas City location personally and professionally, they are amazing people to work with. Communication and professionalism is great. I have painted and refinished their floors in their office areas, and they are all enjoyable to be around. Makes work not feel like work!
