We lived at 4800 Excelsior Apartments for one year. The office staff were always kind, cheerful, and very responsive whenever we needed assistance. Maintenance services were handled quickly, so we had no inconvenience during our stay. The location was also excellent. Our child commuted to a nearby elementary school by school bus, and the bus conveniently stopped right in front of the building. UPDATE ONCE MORE: 2025/November: Wade and Thomas are 'da best.' I put the work order in after they'd already arrived and were busy on other tasks, and they still got to it right away, keeping an eye on incoming orders during the day while working elsewhere in the building. In my mind, this place wouldn't be my safe space where I know I can get help when something needs work/fixing if Wade and Thomas were not employed here. I'm serious. Thank you. NUMBER FIVE: Wow. We knew this was the place to rent from the moment we entered the building and engaged with its wonderful team! Perfect facility and great tenants. Plus, close to everything. We love 4800!
I absolutely love living at 4800! To me this apartment complex has it ALL - beautiful units, amenities, cleanliness, and above all, a fantastic maintenance team! They really go above and beyond to take care of their residents. Huge shout out to Wade and Thomas! I am on my 3rd year of living at this building and can’t say enough great things.
