Superintendent is unreasonable and the building’s quality is poor despite being a new build. I have also spoke to other tenants who are unhappy with the superintendent, but management doesn’t care. Moving out as soon as the lease is done. Edit: When you move out, the superintendent will try to charge you to renovate your unit without the the actual landlord’s actual approval and I am not sure he even knows about it. Don’t fall for it.
Everything is always broken. Garbage chutes rarely work. Communicate is lacking. Fire alarms constantly going off. Management is very slow to repair and get verbally abusive if you point out their discrepancies. Cleaning is lacking. Avoid.
