Provides a quote and does not follow up with customer. I had asked to be schedule asap to get window tint done, and servicer states running low on supply, and then asks customer to follow up on a specified day. I called back on that specified day only to be ignored after he asks, “How can I help you”. I even agreed to have any quality film within legal %vlt installed for his asking price, yet still ignored. Lack of communication as I am required to do the job myself now.
Jeff blew me off 3 times on my install of a simple deck in my van. He charges 120 dollars for a 60 dollar radio you can get at auto zone. He showed up at my house the first day and told me "its too hot" to install my radio- umm you offer mobile services and we live in Arizona, thats part of the game. He didn't come back for 2 days. I installed the deck myself and after having a speaker issue he offered to install them and it'll be a "5 minute" job. Well this "5 minute" job has been waiting for about a week now.
