Worse. Experience. Ever. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Their favorite line is “hang tight. We’ll call you back”. I made a payment on a Tuesday, car was to be picked up on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. After I made my payment, I never heard from them again until I picked up the phone to ask what is going on. They switched “drivers” at least 4 times before someone actually shows up a week after I make my payment. The driver is due to arrive at 7 pm but shows up at 2am...upset because we are sleep!
