Property Manager is VERY immature. About 2 month ago she had the wrong information and confirmed us into a unit that was no longer available. There will be 3 people moving in so all 3 of us sent in an application. Once talking to the property manager again this month (the same lady that lied to me about availability) about being on the waitlist i was told by a tenant at 48 south to send in another application to confirm availability since they are advertising 3 available units online. (Angel) is a terrible property manager I do not recommend dealing with her on any level she sit and argued with me over the phone because somebody else’s didn’t do they job correctly and threatened to take me to court over somebody else’s mistake ! I see people saying she is a great person ! Property Management and Maintenance is a severe disappointment. Work orders go unanswered and when questioned why the work has not been completed within the time frames established by the Property managers, their answer is "I don't know " followed by another delay in getting things fixed. If you are in need of getting to work or school on time and without accident following a snow or ice event make sure to plan to do your own shoveling and salting as they will not coordinate a company to deal with it until their business hou... read more
They are racist and tries to keep only a certain group of people staying there no matter how much money you have if your not in that group your black balled
