Not sure how to start. I was looking for apartment in downtown chicago for almost one year. After checking over than 13 different buildings, 465 North Park Dr was the only one gave me feeling that this is what I’m looking for. Everybody’s here are super nice and friendly. Starting from management office to people who lives there. Unbeatable location with amazing other features.
I could not have selected a better first apartment to experience downtown Chicago! The amenities are perfect, the view of Lake Michigan in my unit is breathtaking (even with the new building going up), but most of all the staff are exquisite! They really transformed my family's terrified view of downtown Chicago into an exceptional experience. Living at 465 has been a phenomenal experience. The amenities, staff, location and sense of community are all wonderful. I very much appreciate the daily workout classes and all of the parties/events that Susan goes above and beyond to host. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Chicago.
One of the best parts about living at 465 N Park is the incredible community events! The team goes above and beyond to create fun, engaging experiences for residents. Just tonight, they hosted a visit from a local chiropractic clinic for complimentary chair massages (because who doesn’t love a little midweek relaxation?), followed by a fantastic wine and social gathering.
