We’ve lived at 465 N Park for multiple years and have enjoyed every year. The building is managed extremely well and is consistently well maintained. The maintenance workers always arrive promptly whenever anything needs to be repaired. Ray has been especially helpful to take care of any maintenance issues and is very helpful and patient when I ask questions. Such a wonderful place to live in the city. The staff at the front desk is very friendly especially Susan. The common areas are very aesthetic and kept clean throughout the day. Offer a lot of amenities. Thank you!
465 North Park is the gem of Streeterville. My wife and I lived here for 3 years. We lived in major cities around the country and 465 is, by far, the best apartment and building we've ever had the pleasure of living in. The apartments are modern and efficient with space. Our 1BD floor plan fit our large dining table perfectly and allowed for living room furniture as well.
