Ray is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I appreciate the thorough job he does when I request maintenance help, as well as the notes he provides about what was done when I’m not home.
It was such a great experience living here. The building was modern, with great amenities and the location and views were fantastic. But the front desk staff - Susan, Maurice, Lydia, and Jason - is what made the building feel like a home to us. Friendly faces that greeted you everyday. And so helpful when you needed anything. Highly recommend the building.

We’ve lived at 465 N Park for multiple years and have enjoyed every year. The building is managed extremely well and is consistently well maintained. The maintenance workers always arrive promptly whenever anything needs to be repaired. Ray has been especially helpful to take care of any maintenance issues and is very helpful and patient when I ask questions.
