They are friendly people,we wasn't sure about the service because of not being from around the area and didn't know why they cop's used this company with the inccent happened in owingsville but glad they did use them because they were both friendly and helpful people and I would recommend their service to anyone !!
The service was incredibly fast, and the driver arrived within an hour, which I truly appreciate. However, the pricing felt high. I was charged $255 via electronic transfer to tow my Toyota Prius for just 2 miles. It was broad daylight on a wide neighborhood road with zero technical difficulties. While their promptness was great, $255 for a 2 mile flat-surface tow is simply too steep for standard local service. These people are scammers. They charged for 3 days storage fee even though we picked our truck up very same day less than 20 hours of their towing. Owner and people work there are very rude. They charged 3 days storage fees and towing total $1900 for keeping it less than 20 hours. Their reply is BS. This truck broke down on interstate.
