When my pharmacy stopped taking my insurance in January of 2025 I was told on the 6th of January that they no longer covered but I could pay cash for my prescription so I said OK what else could I do when the girl rang up my order it was over 400.00 dollars I almost passed out but what could i do but pay it my husband and I are retired so that put a crunch on us for the month of January. New app for prescriptions called DosePharm. Can text them through the app if I had questions. All pickup windows and drive-thru are operated by volunteer retirees due to cuts to budget and manning.
they have managed to turn a really bad system into a really terrible impossible system
Hard to find because the website telling you to go here doesn't actually give the address. Tried calling to make sure they can fill my prescription, but it's impossible to actually get someone on the phone (literally, there isn't an option in their phone tree that leads to a person). Went there the first day I could, and was told, "I'm not filling prescriptions today." Asked if I've activated it, and I tell him I'm TDY in Palm Beach, so I've never been here before and don't know how this one works. Tells me I need to activat... read more
Getting new refills is impossible. I've called the get in line text service on multiple times during business hours and it's been out of service every time I called. There's not even any number to call or way to report the out of service problems. I'd give it a ZERO if that option was available
