Took me 3 visits to get Mounjaro. I would do the text procedure, received a reply that no new medications are in system. I went to the pharmacy to see what could be the problem. They did have it, but wasn't pre-authorized. Why can't the text say " We have received the prescription but needs to be pre-authorized before dispensing." This pharmacy is an ABSOLUTE MESS. you can't call them for questions, so if you live far away you have to drive all that way to get in a long line that takes 30 plus min to get to be able to speak to someone. They text me when my meds will be ready and three times now I drive all the way over to be told I have no meds ready. So frustrating and such a mess. Always getting things wrong, not having my meds when they say they do. I hate this.

Have any of you listened to the instructions on how to activate a new prescription? And why is there NOT A information line where they speak clearly and with volume. I’ve listened and have followed the directions on the New LONG link for new prescription. IT DOES NOT WORK. why did you get rid of Que Anywhere??? Help PLEAAE POST THE NEW LINK FOR NEE Prescriptions!!!!!

Getting new refills is impossible. I've called the get in line text service on multiple times during business hours and it's been out of service every time I called. There's not even any number to call or way to report the out of service problems. Update: it's been about 9 months since my initial review. It's good to note that the get in line number is now working. I am also thankful for the help of the volunteers, Air Force, and any oivilian personnel at the pharmacy. Things have improved.
