Waiting time 1:40 mins past my appt time, I was in the back waiting for doctor to show up. Came out to front desk, to ask a question, I was told to pull another ticket, no one was there . Call my number. Same thing happen at the lab. Person taking blood could not get blood from me and 2 others. Ask us to walk around , came back and they made me pull another ticket, this time I had to wait for all the other people. Another time , I was ask to schedule a follow-up appt with the doctor. Their new system is HORRIBLE. Now you text “get in line” and they text you back when your prescription or prescriptions are ready to pick up. You have no option to speak to a real person and they don’t tell you which medication is ready or out of stock. I’ve been without my medication for over two weeks because they are supposed to text me when it’s back in stock. I haven’t heard anything from them. Seriously considering going back to Walgreens and they aren’t that great either.
Worst service I have seen in 30 years using this facility. Seems priority is on downtime opposed to patient care. Four day holiday weekends, training days either all day twice a month or now every Wednesday for half a day. Meanwhile, new scripts can’t be activated on those days. With all the modernization to improve efficiency we went from an hour or two to having a script activated and filled during a time when it was a full hospital in the 90s to current day lack of urgency.
