Moved here in December, and couldn't be happier. The rent is reasonable for what you get, I moved here from Kansas City and trust me for the prices they charge here, you will get section 8 living in KC. Place is clean and Penny was awesome with our moving process!
My experience with the management team at 451 has been excellent. Penny is responsive, polite and professional. No question this adds value to the resident experience at 451!
I am extremely happy and did not have one bad experience with any part of the move in process. The apartment was neat and clean and could not tell if anyone lived there prior to me renting. Jamie(agent that assisted me) was extremely helpful and assisted me with a near effortless move in. All emails and inquires that i presented was answered promtly. I will easily give this company and staff five stars. Thank you Ironmen!!
