The absolute best place to live in the heart of Morristown. I moved in with my boyfriend for a year here and we’re about to move out, we’re very sad to leave here but about to have a baby or we would not be. I used to live at the Monroe on cattano ave., while living in Morristown is convenient for many things, the staff at 45 market make everything run SO smoothly - especially Angie and ruslan 😉 everyone that contributes to the maintenance of the building is so caring and trustworthy. I loved 45 Market. The apartments are clean and new. The rooftop is the best in Morristown. The management staff, Angie, Jospie are so kind and helpful. The building staff, Rusman, Chris and Christina keep the building clean and looking great. I have no complaints about living here!!!!
I absolutely love the building, enough to refer one of my best friends to also rent with 45 Market! If you ever need maintenance in your unit, Ruslan is extremely diligent. Ruslan is also incredibly kind and always has a smile for you. Josie and Angie work in the property management office and are lovely and easy to work with. I needed to move in quickly and they accommodated me. After closing on my new home, management was also so helpful even though I was moving out. I highly recommend making 45 Market your new home!
I just moved in about a month ago, and I have been so happy with my choice to move here! The apartments are large, modern, filled with light, and gorgeous. I’ve never seen a building so impeccably kept. Ruslan is the property manager and he runs a tight ship - repairs are done immediately, everything is sparkling clean, the staff is extremely courteous and friendly and helpful. We've loved living here in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment - it is the best spot in town, and it's rare for any units to ever open up. The apartment itself is a dream - massive windows, walk in closet, sky-high ceilings, and modern loft vibes where you literally hear ZERO noise from any neighbor.
