Let me begin with the fact that the beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, and the secured garage was nice especially due to the location. Location is across the street from the bus stop and is where many homeless people bed down for the night. We were with our family and had to curtail sitting on the nice deck due to R-rated content (apparent drug usage, violent actions and explicit language which caused us to cringe and move back inside for shelter from the unreal scene 5 stories below on the sidewalk). AirBnB was nice and bright. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. Nice amenities. As others stated the location was sketchy. Across the street from the train station with numerous homeless people around. During day light I didn’t feel unsafe but would not want to be walking alone at night in this area.
The property itself is recent construction and seems well cared for. Pictures online were accurate. The bed is much softer than our preferred firmness, however YMMV. The location is one to avoid. There is an active homeless population using the bus station across the street as a hub. Behind our building and under our balcony, we witnessed 4 unfortunate souls shooting up (IV drugs, for those unfamiliar with the term).
