I recently moved into 445 W Wellington and my experience has been wonderful. Denis and Fadila are excellent, very helpful and incredibly kind! Denis made moving day super easy and consistently checks in with me to make sure everything is running smoothly in the unit. I highly recommend this building if you’re looking to move into the Lake View neighborhood!
The building engineer Denis is the man! Always looking out for the tenants and quickly solving problems.
Denis is the best!! Any minor maintenance issue I have is resolved super quickly and it all thanks to him. His attentiveness has been a huge part of the reason I have enjoyed living here for almost a year. If you’re looking for a great building in Lakeview you’re looking in the right place here!
Denis and Fadila are the BEST! Any questions or issues I've had have been solved within a couple hours. Denis is so kind and really cares about everyone in the building! I've loved living here so far!!
