Denis and Fadila are the BEST! Any questions or issues I've had have been solved within a couple hours. Denis is so kind and really cares about everyone in the building! I've loved living here so far!!

My boyfriend and I recently moved into 445 W Wellington and have had an amazing experience thus far! The building engineers, Denis and Fadila, have been such a huge help throughout the entire moving process. They were efficient in fixing any issues and very attentive to all of our needs! It is clear that they really care about not only the building, but also the tenets themselves.
I moved into 445 W Wellington at the beginning of the month and could not speak more highly of the property or of the two building managers, Denis and Fadila. Both have been incredibly kind and communicative, even going so far to help with moving a large and very heavy package into my apartment the day before my move in while I was traveling out of state for work. I moved in two months ago and have had a great experience thus far! The building managers, Denis and Fadila, are particularly great. They were attentive upon move in and are quick to resolve and any all maintenance issues. Recently, I had a package delivered outside our building and Denis went above and beyond and brought it right up to my apartment to prevent it from being stolen— that level of care doesn't go unnoticed or unappreciated! I'm really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it!
