Denis is the best!! Any minor maintenance issue I have is resolved super quickly and it all thanks to him. His attentiveness has been a huge part of the reason I have enjoyed living here for almost a year. If you’re looking for a great building in Lakeview you’re looking in the right place here!

My boyfriend and I recently moved into 445 W Wellington and have had an amazing experience thus far! The building engineers, Denis and Fadila, have been such a huge help throughout the entire moving process. They were efficient in fixing any issues and very attentive to all of our needs! It is clear that they really care about not only the building, but also the tenets themselves.
I moved into 445 W Wellington at the beginning of the month and could not speak more highly of the property or of the two building managers, Denis and Fadila. Both have been incredibly kind and communicative, even going so far to help with moving a large and very heavy package into my apartment the day before my move in while I was traveling out of state for work.
