Unfortunately we could not do a negative ⭐️ We arrived for a 1 month stay (2-7 to 3-7) at West 450 building Condo 15 th floor South We planned to stay in a beautiful well maintained Condo setting .. we were so deceived and disappointed!!! The VRBO pictures were wonderful NOT SO when we arrived.. Poor communication both with security and parking restrictions ! Very dusty and noisy construction for the next 12 months
DO NOT RENT from this complex at least until March! As of this writing, (January10th, 2025), the pool and deck are unusable. They are currently repairing it from the damage of the hurricanes. A restoration project has begun on the balconies on the 440 building. When they are finished with 440, they will move on to 450. The noise (drilling and pounding), is constant from 8a.m. to 4p.m. Don’t get me wrong, the location is perfect and the condo we are renting, (for 27 days) is absolutely beautiful and fully furnished.
