Very dusty and noisy construction for the next 12 months
DO NOT RENT from this complex at least until March! As of this writing, (January10th, 2025), the pool and deck are unusable. They are currently repairing it from the damage of the hurricanes. A restoration project has begun on the balconies on the 440 building. When they are finished with 440, they will move on to 450. Rented a condo here, and it is a great place to stay! When I was there, the pool area was closed due to damage from hurricane Milton, but that isn’t their fault. Lobby also had minor water damage but didn’t affect our visit. 5 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants also within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
