I dont like this place in imagine, my clinic send me here for ultrasound, I get on time they have long line and ladies take to much time on each patient they tell me I was late 10 min , they give me another appoiment next day I get more early and the lady was rude she said you dont drink water how Im going to do ultrasound she was rude when I do drink water not a lot you guys dont tell me I was here yesterday and reschedule 3 time, not a good place like others never come back make me lost my time I drive from far away
I have now had TWO bad experiences with the "security" at this facility. The first was a couple years ago when the security guard threatened to call the police on me for standing in a doorway, while on the phone, all because I "wasn't wearing a mask." Mind you, I was well over six feet from ANYONE except the security guard and trying to get instructions on which office to go to (and somehow that made me enough of a threat for the receptionist to call what you guys deem security). The receptionist called security on me for "not wearing a mask," when I was standing in a doorway, well over six feet away from everyone, and on the phone. The security guard was very rude to begin with, and threatened to call the police AFTER I said I was going outside. Maybe train your receptionists and security guards on customer service and crises prevention, because the whole situation was unnecessary and extremely insulting.
