I would never use CES again!! I made a booking 12 months ago with VRBO which was then managed by Shaun Carney at CES. I booked and paid for one house and was given a cheaper and smaller house with out any notification of the change. We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding in the area. Shaun insisted that l was notified but was unable to provide evidence of such.
