I initially rented a property through Pottsville Properties which merged with Salt Property and was allocated a new Agent. Due to work reasons and moving interstate, I had to end my lease 2 weeks early from a 12 month lease. I gave 4 weeks notice, generous time to inspect and secure a new tenant, went above and beyond leaving the property better than it was when I moved in, even guerning the courtyard (which was not done for me).
