MISERABLE EXPERIENCE - PURCHASED ALL LIGHTING FIXTURES FROM THIS ‘BUSINESS’ in JULY AND WE’RE STILL DEALING WITH ITEMS THAT WERE ON BACKORDER UNBEKNOWNST TO US, ITEMS THAT WERE WRONG AND THE SALES REP WON’T RETURN OUR CALLS OR EMAILS. STAY AWAY! WOULD LOVE TO HEAR BACK FROM YOH CATHY...ZERO STARS...
We had a great in-store shopping experience. The follow up with an issue we had regarding our dining room light took 3 months to get someone here to replace it. The replacement has the same issue so now we have to pick out a new light and then wait for the install of the new one. Who knows how long that will take.
