We had a new roof installed by 435 Roofing in April 2025. The installation itself went smoothly, but everything else has been frustrating. Communication throughout the process was slow, we often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses. We also had to handle most of the communications with our insurance company on our own, in addition to being a middleman for discussions that had to happen between 435 Roofing and our claims adjuster. Superb customer service. I noticed new water stains on my bedroom ceiling. I thought, "Oh no!! I will need to replace the roof!" My son-in-law recommended Lloyd Lantz. I called Lloyd; left a message; and received a call back almost immediately. Then, we exchanged messages and I provided pictures of the damage. This company rules! Lloyd did an excellent job inspecting and suggesting only what was needed. His honesty was a breath of fresh air. They’re reasonably priced and did great, timely work! One quote I got was scheduling a month out whereas 435 was working on it the very next week. I’d use ‘em again.
