VP of sales came out and claimed a nail caused leak. He moved over and pointed the nail in a different place...said it was common for them to do an area wrong..or some like bs! Wanted $500 to caulk nails. Another roof company and our insurance found massive hail damage. We need a new roof..it's covered by insurance. This company missed it!

Outstanding! We have used 435 Roofing on one property for a new roof and another for some additional venting. They do quality work and take pride in doing the job right, No short cuts with 435 Roofing and the worksite is spotless when they are done. Will definitely use them again!
