Everything about this place is KC magical. My favorite parts are the guest suite and the community events. The location is prime. It's walkable or rideable (the new light rail is a 10 min walk away) to everywhere you want to go.
We have loved living at 433. Both private and welcoming, 433 offers personalized services, elegant surroundings, and thoughtful amenities—which made the transition from house to condo not only effortless, but the beginning of a rewarding new chapter!
433 is like boutique condo living with a home not an apartment. It has outdoor spaces with large balconies and a private like pool. It is a comfortable place to call home with complete peace of mind for security and your home being taken care of when you are away traveling or a second home. Once you move there, it is like having the Plaza District and all of the museums and educational places part of your life.
The 433 location can’t be beat ! But more importantly 433 really supports our lifestyle - we love to travel and the ability to “ lock and leave”, knowing that our home will be secure and monitored by a staff that “ gives a damn”, is a great feeling.To top it off the people here are very friendly but also respectful of other’s privacy.
